Fixed term, in the first instance, until 30 January 2026
37 hours per week, term time only (44.6 total paid weeks)
(Monday - Thursday 9 am to 5 pm, Friday 9 am to 4.30 pm)
£23,708 - £27,045 (F1-F6)
(this salary will be proportionately reduced to reflect term time only working)
Redruth School is one of the most progressive schools in Cornwall and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, adaptable and motivated individual who is passionate about learning to join our dynamic team. You would be joining a vibrant, committed workforce in beautiful West Cornwall.
We are looking to appoint a Reflection Supervisor to join our Pastoral team to support the positive ethos and behaviour of the school. The role is a regulated activity and the successful applicant will be working with children on a daily basis.
The role involves the organisation, management and running of a facility to support students in maintaining our high standards and expectations. The successful candidate will monitor and track all associated data, in addition to some general duties, supporting the behaviour team.
