Our Year 10 Drama group are award winners of the Gorsedh Kernow Awards 2018 which recognises and celebrates a wide range of Cornish cultural activity alongside the more traditional arts and literary entries.

Redruth School won the award for Cornish Film and Drama for "Exploring the Work of Nick Darke".

“We’re thrilled that our students' work has been recognised in this way. Their work is a tribute to the genius of Nick Darke and hopefully, in taking part in producing this work, our young people will go on to form the next wave of notable Cornish creative talent.”
