Thursday 7 March saw the school transported to literary worlds across the ages as students and staff dressed up to celebrate the joy of reading on World Book Day. Student winners were Max dressed as Sherlock Holmes and Ellie as Miss Peregrine. 

Staff also embraced the day, with English heading to Neverland and the world of Peter Pan, History went through the wardrobe into Narnia and PE saw Cruella de Vil and her  Dalmation puppies bounding about in the sports hall. 

Students were able to enjoy quizzes, themed lessons and a cake bake.
