Murdoch Day took place on Saturday 15 June. It’s a chance to join in on celebrating the vibrant spirit of the town and its rich history. Staff and students from Redruth school attended and as always, the day was full of entertainment and community spirit. Redruth School joined in the celebration with Mr Souter’s Samba band performed in the parade! Students also paraded with Green energy solar style sculptures they had worked hard making the previous week at school with Miss Banks.

There was a fantastic atmosphere seen around the town and the large crowd turnout indicated a great support for the event. Thanks to all staff and students who joined in on the day!
