On Wednesday 27 November we hosted our biennial Aspirations Fair with over 30 employers and education providers in attendance. Students in Years 9 and 10 had the opportunity to visit the fair during one of their lessons, and were challenged to have 5 conversations with the employers, gaining a house point for each one they recorded on their worksheet. Students in Years 7, 8 and 11 were invited to look around the Aspirations Fair at lunchtime, or during literacy, by special invitation with over 100 students attending through lunchtime. Parents and careers were then invited to join us after school. We would like to thank all the local business and providers who gave up their time to talk to our students and inspire them with their next steps and future careers and made the day such a success.
